- College Info: There will be an evening information program TONIGHT with admission representatives of Dartmouth College, Northwestern University, Princeton University, University of California (Berkeley) and Vanderbilt University, at 7:00 pm at the Double Tree - 424 W. - The Ultimate Frisbee Club will meet Tuesday, August 29th right after school in Room 165.
- Swim/Dive: There will be a swim/dive parent and student meeting for anyone interested and also for those that are on the 2017-18 team. The meeting will be on Tuesday, August 29th at 6:00 pm in the Lecture Hall at Conway High School.
- Shutterbug Club: There will be an interest meeting for anyone considering joining Shutterbug Club during both lunches Wednesday, August 30 in Mrs. Moore’s Photography classroom.
- Fellowship of Christian Athletes will meet during both lunches at the Old Fieldhouse for the next two meetings, Wednesday, August 30 and Wednesday, September 6.
- Army National Guard: Sgt. Rachel Bryant with the Arkansas Army National Guard will be here on Wednesday, August 30 during both lunches in front of the Counseling Center to discuss general questions about the Army National Guard. Come by and visit during your lunch.
- The Lady Cat Volleyball team will play their first conference match against Southside at home this Thursday. The Sophomore game will start at 4:30 followed by JV and Varsity. We hope to see you there!
- Mrs. Bishop’s Leadership Class has made kindness rocks and placed them throughout the school. If you find a kindness rock snap pic and use the hashtag #leadwithkindness. Help us spread kindness throughout the school. Please read and leave the rocks so all can enjoy them.
- UCA will offer an ACT Prep Course starting Tuesday, October 3rd at 6:00 pm. Sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays through October 26th. Go to uca.edu/outreach/actprep for more information or to register
- Travel to Europe: In June of 2019 CHS and CJHS will be offering students the unique opportunity to travel to Europe for an educational experience like no other! In conjunction with EF Educational Tours, Mr. Wahlquist will be taking a group of students and interested adults on a 2 week historical tour highlighting World War II and the 75th Anniversary of D-Day. We will visit battlefields, museums, a concentration camp and we will be on Omaha Beach as a part of the 75th anniversary ceremonies! There will be an informational meeting on Tuesday, August29th and again on Tuesday, September 5th at 7:00 pm at Conway High School in room 603. Interested parents, students and teachers should plan to attend to receive important information on the trip itinerary, cost, and trip dates. The meeting will last approximately one hour.

- US Air Force: Staff Sgt. Roland Ryan with the US Air Force will be here on Tuesday, September 12 during both lunches in front of the Counseling Center to discuss general questions about the Air Force. Come by during your lunch.
- University of Central Arkansas: Sydney Spradlin with UCA will be here on Monday, September 18 during both lunches in front of the Counseling Center to provide information about UCA. Come by during your lunch.
- Oklahoma State University: Cara Eubanks with Oklahoma State University will be here on Tuesday, September 26 during both lunches in front of the Counseling Center to answer questions about OSU.

- Help Key Club “Pack the Pantry” for Bethlehem House, bring your non-perishable food items to Room 364 to help feed people in our community.
